Event 4 - Power and Pain

It starts with 1 athlete completing the "BUY IN"
125 double unders
64ft Single arm overhead Dumbbbell Lunges in 16ft segments 50/35lbs
Once completed they will advance to the rower to complete max calories on the rower.
Athlete 2 starts the BUY IN once athlete 1 has reached the rower.
Once athlete 2 completes the BUY IN, they can help accumulate calories on the rower and Athlete 3 can start the BUY IN.
The team with the highest calories will win.

200 single unders
64ft single arm front rack Dumbbell lunges in 16ft segments. 50/35lbs 

Once completed they will advance to the rower to complete max calories on the rower. Athlete 2 starts the BUY IN once athlete 1 has reached the rower. Once athlete 2 completes the BUY IN, they can help accumulate calories on the rower and Athlete 3 can start the BUY IN. The team with the highest calories will win. 


Double unders 

The rope must pass successfully under the feet twice before the feet return to the floor


Lunges

The athlete must bring the dumbbell overhead. Once overhead they can start lunging. Both feet must start behind the line. Each step, the knee must contact the floor. The feet need to step together with knee and hip extension each step. The athlete can step through, but they must lock out the hip and knee while stepping through. One both heels have passed the line, the athlete will switch directions and must switch arms. Once 64ft have been completed, they are done.

Scaled athletes will hold the dumbbell in a front rack position with the use of only 1 arm. After every 16ft they must switch hands.
