Event 1 Details

60 wallballs 20/14lbs
while 1 partner hangs from pullup bar
60 toes to bar
while 1 partner hangs from pullup bar

On the call of 3,2,1 go 1 athlete will jump up to the pullup bar. Athlete 2 can start performing wallballs. Athlete 3 rests. Each athlete must perform a minimum of 1 wallball before they can rotate. There is no maximum that each athlete can do. Once 60 wallballs have been completed, the athletes will advance to 60 toes to bar. The same standards apply, each athlete must do a minimum of 1 toe to bar before they can switch. 

The rotation must maintain the same order throughout the 12 minutes. 

If the hanging athlete drops at any time, the working athlete on the wallballs or toes to bar must stop performing reps and wait until the first athlete starts hanging again.

60 knee raises
while 1 partner holds 2 kettlebells 24/16kg

On the call of 3,2,1 go 1 athlete will jump up to the pick up 2 kettlebells. Athlete 2 can start performing wallballs. Athlete 3 rests. Each athlete must perform a minimum of 1 wallball before they can rotate. There is no maximum that each athlete can do. Once 60 wallballs have been completed, the athletes will advance to 60 knee raises. The same standards apply, each athlete must do a minimum of 1 knee raise before they can switch. 

The rotation must maintain the same order throughout the 12 minutes. 

If the athlete holding the kettlbells drops the bells at any time, the working athlete on the wallballs or knee raises must stop performing reps and wait until the first athlete picks up the kettlebells again. 


**NOTE: THE VIDEO SHOWS SCALED AS PERFORMING A HANG BUT THE "HANGING" ATHLETE IN SCALED WILL HOLD 2 KETTLEBELLS
