About the Event

This is our second year running this event and we are excited to do it all over again! 

This year will have the same time efficient heat format as it did last year. Bigger and more exciting events, better prizes and more swag for all participants. This event will involve 2 categories. Scaled and Intermediate Same Sex Teams Of 3.

Each team will compete in 4 events.

EVENT 1: HANGING OUT

 Intermediate

60 wallballs 20/14lbs
while 1 partner hangs from pullup bar
60 toes to bar
while 1 partner hangs from pullup bar

Scaled
12min amrap
60 wallballs 14/10lbs
while 1 partner holds 2 kettlebells 24/16kg
60 knee raises
while 1 partner holds 2 kettlebells 24/16kg

Movement standards and event details will be announced at a later date.

We will be slowly releasing the next "blank" amount of events over the next few weeks 😝
But for those of you who were concerned, there will NOT be handstand walks, muscle ups or handstand pushups in any categories of this competition. This is an intermediate and beginner friendly event.
If you have competed at a Regional or Sanctioned event, this event is not for you.

EVENT 2: THE SHOW

 Event 2: The Show
This event takes place 5 mins after event 1.

12 min
Athlete 1: 4 mins to find a 1RM Power Clean
Athlete 2: 4 mins to find a 1RM Hang Squat clean
Athlete 3: 4 mins to find a 1RM Squat clean
Teams will have 1 bar
Only 1 athlete can lift in their 4 minute window.
Score will be the highest combined power clean, hang squat clean and squat clean.

20 Partner Deadlifts 365/245lbs
25 synchro partner burpee over bar
Pullups
round 1, each athlete performs 10 pullups
round 2, each athlete performs 15 pullups
etc

Scaled
12 min amrap
20 Partner Deadlifts 265/185lbs
25 synchro partner burpee over bar
Ring Rows
round 1, each athlete performs 10 ring rows
round 2, each athlete performs 15 ring rows
etc

During Deadlifts and burpees, 2 athletes must work, during pullups/ring rows, only 1 athlete can work at a time.
The athlete on the pullups/ring rows must complete all required reps before the next athlete can start.
